Detoxification Services. The Bradley Center provides assessment with detoxification treatment or with dual diagnosis treatment (the combination of a substance abuse or addiction diagnosis with a mental health diagnosis). Patients can also be experiencing withdrawal symptoms related to alcohol abuse.
