The film is a bad buddy cop movie with paper-thin allegories and sophomoric dialogue, and a torture scene that is one of the worst of the year.
A detective and an orc partner in a world where humans co-exist with orcs, elves and fairies. They are tasked to find a powerful wand that can stop an evil elf from resurrecting the Dark Lord. The film is set in an alternate reality of Los Angeles where fantasy creatures exist.
