Synopsis. Guys are out fourteen miles from the Florida shore, recreationally fishing, one guy hooks a shark, cuts it open, a partial torso falls out. The boat captain, Rick, releases the shark with the torso, along with an area sea chart. Rick gets a free pass from Horatio on the illegal GPS system he has on board his boat.
