In a long line to get money from the ATM between two cars so I can't quickly leave to find out you charge a $3.00 "convince fee". An inconvenience fee for being a member of the credit union family where members are able to typically use your ATM for services. You should be ashamed. Just take credit union off the name and call yourself a bank.

Worst "financial institution" I've ever had to deal with. So unfortunate this is who my motorcycle loan went through. Won't work with you, I'm just trying to make a payment on my bike and you have to pay a 15$ fee to make a payment, unless you physically go into the branch, I work 12 hour days in a prison and work while they're open.
