Fältmarskalk Carl Gustaf Wrangel (also Carl Gustav von Wrangel; 23 December 1613 – 5 July 1676)  was a Swedish Statesman and Military Commander who commanded the Swedish forces in the Thirty Years', Torstenson, Bremen, Second Northern and Scanian Wars.

When Carl Gustaf Wrangel was born about 14 June 1893, his father, Car Gustaf Tonnes Wrangel, was 41 and his mother, Nina Krook, was 27. He married Berta Axeline Hedberg on 29 January 1920. He died about 10 December 1978, at the age of 85.
