Cecil_Montgomery is the son of Dr. Bart_Montgomery, who ended up investigating the Mental Assistance Department activities to learn the truth about the Mindwalkers and the events that happened there. He is also used as a placeholder account, leaving his profile quite empty.
Cecil_Montgomery is the only child of Bart_Montgomery, born on August 8th 1998, where his mother died by giving him birth. Many years later, his father’s disappearance caused Cecil to check out the Mental Assistance Department. Here, he would discover the real activity behind it, the Mindwalkers, Ipiprix’s culpability, and also the Cure Containment area, which would lead him to find Cure #43. After breaching in, an alarm erupted, causing him to drink it in order for him to escape, as the Cure gives the ability to travel through walls. Knowing about the truth, Cecil would be seen as a danger for the Mindwalkers, as he has plenty of information about them. Unable to kill him or drain his memory because of the stone skin given by the Stoneman potion, the Mindwalkers would create the Stone Potion Nullifier, which would reverse the effects of Cure#43, in order to later trap Cecil to give him the potion, and get rid of him.
Cecil_Montgomery left the facility seeking revenge for his father’s death, so he began an exploration through all the places the Department, mainly the ones Ipiprix and the Mindwalkers, interacted with. From then on, he would leave in the places he traveled a lot of messages addressing to the player, mostly written on walls or notes. He’s seen for the first time on the boat to Jalcrl Nwm, alongside true_faces and Immortius, the team he formed to take his revenge. The player meets him again later, in the Mindwalkers facility, where his name is learnt. He would inform the player that the cure is taking over him, announcing his imminent death, and rumors about an ultimate cure, called Cure#50.
Cecil_Montgomery created his account on 6/22/2019. He was first seen in Castaway, as before he was only spoken about. His first real discussion with the player stands at Jalcrl Nwm.

Cecil is revealed to be surprisingly resistant to the side effects of the Cure#43, which proves that he is not only strong-minded, but also probably has an intelligence above the average. He’s determined, as he would seek for months the reason for his father’s disappearance, and would not give up seeking revenge after discovering the truth.
Cecil’s skin is grey, not because of the Mindwalker operation like for his father, Ipiprix or true_faces, but because of the side effect of the cure he drank, turning his skin to stone.

Bart_Montgomery was Cecil’s father who he discovered was killed by Ipiprix. This caused him to chase after revenge.
Mind_Walkers
The Mindwalkers are the cause of Cecil’s father's death, Bart_Montogmery, who was killed by Ipiprix parazited by one of them. Considering Cecil as a threat, they would later create the Stone Potion Nullifier, in order to get rid of him. They would eventually manage to kill him in the Bad Ending of Jalcrl Nwm.
