  4. A Celebration: The Music Of Pete Townshend And The Who is the aural record of two concerts Roger Daltrey staged at Carnegie Hall in 1994 to pay tribute to his favorite composer. Of course, Daltrey had spent much of his life singing Townshend 's songs, and he had recorded most of these more than once before.

  6. Guest Linda Perry sings DR. JIMMY, and she doesn't have much talent as a vocalist. Townshend himself sings lead on WHO ARE YOU, and he's a credible singer, but unfortunately he has both the advantage and disadvantage of compatriot Daltrey attaching his own (famed) signature vocal behind it. Daltrey sings lead on all the other selections.
