Charles Davis Lowe II (born January 15, 1968) [2] is an American actor. He is the younger brother of actor Rob Lowe. He won an Emmy Award for his supporting role in Life Goes On as a young man living with HIV. He has had recurring roles on ER, Melrose Place, and Now and Again.
Chad Lowe is an American actor, director, and producer who has appeared in over sixty film and TV roles. He is best known for his Emmy-winning performance as Jesse McKenna in Life Goes On, and his roles in Unfaithful, Pretty Little Liars, and 9-1-1.
