    § 20.11. Responsibility.

    In addition to complying with the procedural regulations set forth in this chapter, the legal entity shall comply with the Department’s program licensure or approval regulations for the particular type of facility or agency which the legal entity operates.

    § 20.12. Corporations.

    If the legal entity is a corporation, it shall submit a copy of the articles of incorporation to the Department at the time of initial application for a certificate of compliance.

    (a) If the legal entity intends to continue operating the facility or agency, it shall complete and submit to the Department an application for a certificate of compliance at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the facility’s or agency’s existing regular or provisional certificate of compliance. (b) Application for renewal of a certificate of compliance shall be made in accordance with § 20.21 (relating to application form).
