Long Bio. A native of Bloomington, Indiana, Chris Parker is a jazz drummer, composer, bandleader, and educator. He holds a Bachelor of Music (Jazz) from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music where he studied privately with Steve Houghton, Sean Dobbins, and Greg Ward.
