The IHOP Years. In 1992, l was fortunate enough to land a great job as the TV spokesperson for the International House of Pancakes, better known as IHOP. For nearly a decade I appeared in scores of TV and radio commercials, traveled the country making personal appearances, and signed over 70,000 “Cliff at IHOP” pictures.
