Aging slacker Billy Cole (Burt Reynolds) is running up debts and facing eviction from his Malibu, Calif., home. Then Cole gets an idea he believes will bring in a stream of money. With the help of his friend Jackson (Paul Wesley), Cole heads to the local strip club to recruit dancers for a new beach volleyball team.
