  4. The theater really is a wonderful experience, located right in Olde Towne Portsmouth. It's an Art Deco style theater from 1945 restored at some point in the late 1980s. Originally it served as a "flagship" theater for a now defunct chain. The lobby is showing its age a bit from the last restoration, but the dining/viewing area really is gorgeous.
