Conner Floyd. Biography. Conner Floyd joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in November 2021 as “Phillip Chance Chancellor IV”. Conner was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He attended the University of Tulsa where he was three-year letter winner playing both wide receiver and punt returner for the Golden Hurricane.
