Green Beans With Snail Butter From 'My Paris Kitchen'
    Yummly
Alas (I suppose) these green beans are only cooked in the manner of snails, not with the garden creatures. No matter, the unapologetically garlicky snail butter is still darn good and makes a fine accompaniment to the tender green beans.
Ostrich Fillet Steaks With Cafe De Paris Butter
    Food.com
This sounds like a lot of work but it is very easy and tastes great over grilled meats. I put this on beef, bison, lamb it is delicious without overpowering the natural flavour of the meat. Cafe De Paris butter can be stored in the freezer for months (not that it lasts that long in our house) so don't worry about the recipe amount. I made this last night as I was out of cafe de paris butter and I was only cooking 2 ostrich steaks. It is great because once you've made it, you have it on hand any time your grilling meat and want something quick to go with it. I would say as an estimate it would be enough for 8-10 steaks depending on cut, by that I mean you will use more for a big T-bone than a fillet medallion.
Salade De Riz Madame Bequette(French Rice Salad)
    Food.com
This comes from a community cookbook put out by the American Hospital of Paris. I have posted this for a request. The type of oil and vinegar is not specified in the original, although I have made some suggestions. Prep time assumes you are starting with already cooked rice. This might be an acquired taste for some, and it needs a good deal of seasoning, so please add as much salt, pepper, etc as you feel it needs. The original version called for Tabasco sauce instead of the Dijon mustard, however I really did not care for the Tabasco in this, plus the mustard seemed to fit a French salad more.
    Aromatic Wine-Braised Beef
    Food and Wine
Benoît Guichard is the king of braising. At his Paris restaurant, Jamin, he loves to cook all-manner of slow-cooked meats—beef, lamb, duck and veal. When you prepare this dish at home, you will be rewarded with an extraordinarily fragrant and inviting kitchen. The beef is equally delicious whether you prepare it with white wine or with red.Plus: More Beef Recipes and Tips
    Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
    Yummly
The cheesy scalloped potatoes with ham was a hit with the family. It reminded me of a dish I had at a restaurant in Paris over the summer.
