The municipality was part of the Vevey District until it was dissolved on 31 August 2006, and Corsier-sur-Vevey became part of the new district of Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. [5] The municipality is located on the right side of the Veveyse. It consists of the village of Corsier-sur-Vevey and the hamlet of Les Monts-de-Corsier.
