Bouncy dance floor. Nov 2019. The Crystal Ballroom is one of the best venues in PDX to see a show.It's a historical music venue with a floating wooden floor. They had fast entry with plenty of security and metal detection. There are several stairs up to the stage and a small elevator for those who need it.

The Crystal Ballroom continues to be one of the worst venues in town. The worst flow for attendees, terrible sound and a generally poor experience for people who pay for tickets. The security staff is painfully unprofessional, terrible at their job and did everything they could to make a bad night worse. I will never attend another show there.
