Sep 2012 • Couples. If you start at the trail by the "Tridge" and walk about a mile West, you will arrive at the Dahlia Hill. The gardens are terraced, and include step paths and sculptures. There are signs that indicate the flower bed layouts, as well as the history of the gardens.

Oct 22, 2012 · Cheryl says, “Dahlia Hill is a hillside garden devoted for the past 25 years entirely to dahlias. This free garden began because a young girl gave her mother two dahlia tubers for Mother’s day. The father in that family, Michigan artist Charles Breed, now 85, began planting them on the property next to his art studio.
