Daniel Paul Futterman (born June 8, 1967) is an American actor, screenwriter, and producer. Futterman wrote the screenplay for the film Capote, for which he received an Academy Award nomination, an Independent Spirit, Boston Society of Film Critics, and Los Angeles Film Critics Association awards.
