Neil Gaiman was born to David Bernard Gaiman and Sheila Gaiman. His father is an entrepreneur who runs his family’s chain of grocery stores, while his mother is a pharmacist. His parents are both Scientologists who studied Dianetics at the Scientology Centre in West Sussex.
