David Mauricio Rivera (born September 16, 1965) is an American Republican politician from Florida. He was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for one term, representing parts of South Florida from 2011 to 2013. Rivera was arrested on December 5, 2022, and charged with failure to register as a foreign agent and money laundering conspiracy.
