After being educated at the University of Wisconsin and Harvard University, he worked as a publicist before forming the agency Talent Associates in 1952.
David Susskind (1920-1987) was a prolific and award-winning TV and film producer, writer and actor. He created and hosted the long-running drama series East Side/West Side and N.Y.P.D., and produced acclaimed movies such as Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore and Eleanor and Franklin.
