Biography/Wiki. Dharmendra was born as Dharam Singh Deol on 8 December 1935 (aged 88; as of 2023) in the village Nasrali of Khanna tehsil in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. He spent his early childhood days in the village, Sahnewal.

Dharmendra has appeared in 306 films. He is known as 'Garam' Dharam in Bollywood. Had the looks of a real gentle man, masculine body of a he-man and when it came to his films, he had a very humorous touch in his dialog-delivery and the timing. Dharmendra's original name is Dharam Singh Deol.
