Yeah, and JC Staff supposedly has some really good people on their team for season 3. Supposedly season 1 was absolutely STACKED with big-name animators, so of course season 2 wouldn't look as good. And while it has its flaws, the animation in season 2 was still really good imo, especially like the Garou fights you mentioned.
