January 2024 Updates for Disney’s Grand Floridian. We stopped at Disney’s Grand Floridian over the weekend to see how the refurbishment was progressing. Most of the scaffolding around the back and side of the resort has been completely removed. A few walls remain near the side entrance to the lobby.
