As of July 2020, he is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) where he was the inaugural AEW Continental Champion. He also performs for AEW's sister promotion, Ring of Honor (ROH), where he is a former ROH World Champion.

Eddie Kingston put the title on the line against Gabe Kidd in a No Rope Last Man Standing match. Kidd was performed to the ring by music artist Kensei Abbot.
