ENCOUNTER WITH THE UNKNOWN is a little known US horror anthology with narration by Rod Serling. There are three tales collected here, with the hook that they're all supposedly true. The film's quality is low budget, with lots of grain throughout and unknown actors across the board, but the scripting is fairly decent.
