As August is approaching, it is time once again to honor my home town Hero Tommy R. Bolin (1 Aug 1951 – 4 Dec 1976) from 2740 Clark St. in Sioux City, Iowa. I remember hearing a Radio Show on Tommy Bolin in Aug ’86 on the local station KSEZ 97.9fm, where Tommy mentions that his favorite band that he was part of was ‘Energy’.

May 6, 2008 · Tom Stephenson's vocals are not very good either. Sure you can get some gigs which are hot but there's too much crap to wade through for me personally. The Best stuff seems to have been what made it to Whips & Roses. I have Energy Radio Broadcasts and the Energy studio album..which is more interesting, but far from essential imo.
