As announced last September, the Figment film will be produced by Seth Rogen’s Point Grey Pictures, with Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit of “Pokémon Detective Pikachu” as writers. No news about the film has been announced in the past year.

We initially speculated the first video was teasing the upcoming Figment film produced by Seth Rogen’s Point Grey Pictures. The videos are posted by Disney Parks social media, rather than Disney Studios.
The Figment feature hails from Seth Rogen’s Point Grey, an independent film and television production company that he co-founded with his producing partner, Evan Goldberg. Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit, who previously worked on Pokémon Detective Pikachu, are set to write the Figment film (which they have confirmed via social media).
