Two EMT paramedics (Danila Ramirez and Christopher Turner) are hijacked by brother robbers, who have just stolen a fortune and are on the run - however, one of the brothers, Dermot, was shot and is badly injured. The other brother, Austin, will not allow the paramedics to go to a hospital.
