Florence Jacqueline Sylvie Devouard, was born 10 September 1968 and was the leader of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation from October 2006 to July 2008, taking over from Jimmy Wales. [1] She joined the board of the Wikimedia Foundation in June 2004 and helped start Wikimedia France in October 2004.
