May 4, 2023 · A 1970 Maverick w/ the 200 and manual trans was our family’s first 2nd car, beating out a 4-door ’68 Thunderbird, a box-shape Volvo, and what else I don’t recall. It was used with low miles. Depressingly cheap and dreary, so much so that it’s colored my impression of Fords ever since.
