Jan 18, 2023 · Frank Giustra, a wealthy businessman and philanthropist in British Columbia, has settled his defamation case with Twitter Inc. over a series of tweets linking him to unfounded conspiracy theories involving Bill and Hillary Clinton. The lawsuit claimed Twitter knew about the posts but refused to remove them. The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
