Half a Love Story is episode fourteen of the first season of Full House. It aired on January 15, 1988.
While visiting Danny at the TV station, Jesse quickly falls for station employee Robin Winslow. Unfortunately, after finding out that Jesse dates very frequently, Robin tells him that she is not fond of his "type"—and even worse for him is that she seems to prefer the company of Danny. But the trouble does not really begin until another one of Jesse's acquaintances, a girl named Jill shows up at the Tanner house at the same time as Robin.
Now Robin is reluctant to date Jesse. She takes a guess that Jesse has never had a relationship with a woman last any longer than three months. Robin explains that she has dated guys like Jesse before. She has been hurt by the quick break-up every time and does not want that to happen again. Robin later realizes that she might be wrong about Jesse.
Robin Winslow is portrayed by Kristian Alfonso. She is known for starring in the shows Days of Our Lives and Falcon Crest. In the season three episode "Star Search", she makes an uncredited cameo appearance as a judge on the show Star Search. She has also been the host of a show called Love Stories.
Robin is similar to Rebecca Donaldson in season two.
