Jun 24, 2015 · EAST WENATCHEE — Ephrata activist Gavin Seim was convicted Thursday by a Douglas County jury on contempt of court charges stemming from a January traffic trial. District court jurors found the constitutionalist and former congressional candidate guilty of contempt, disorderly conduct and interfering with the administration of justice.
