Maybe more of a genuine moment then. It’s just nice when they’re on good terms and can joke about stuff. I especially like when Emily and Richard back each other up like in Friday night’s alright for fighting when Rory apologizes to Emily and she says (paraphrasing) “… wasn’t that heartfelt, Richard?” and he replies “I’ve never been more touched in my life”.

Knit, people, knit! I remember seeing a post about continuity in episodes. It’s Lucy’s 21st birthday which is clearly stated as being on a Thursday. In college, it didn’t matter what day of the week you turned 21 on, you partied or went out. Fair. But the knit-a-thon is happening at the same time with the stories going back and forth.
