IEEE GLOBECOM 2021 is a flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society, themed “Connecting Cultures around the Globe”, featuring a technical program with 12 symposia, tutorials and workshops, and an industry program with keynotes and panels. The conference will be held in Madrid, Spain, from 7 to 11 December 2021, with a hybrid format of in-person and virtual presentations, and will follow the COVID-19 safety measures and entry requirements.
