Hours. Greater Cleveland Aquarium is open for general visitation Monday – Sunday from 10am – 5pm with very few exceptions. (Thanksgiving & Christmas we are closed to the public and we are only open 10am – 2pm on Christmas Eve.) Occasionally we even extend our hours or offer evening events.

Greater Cleveland Aquarium has a no refund policy. Reservations may be rescheduled. Passholders do not need to make advance reservations for general admission, but advance ticketing for special events and virtual programs is still required for members.
