Gretchen J. Berg (born 8 February 1971; age 53) is a writer and producer who served as executive producer on the first and part of the second season of Star Trek: Discovery. Together with her writing partner Aaron Harberts, she took over as Discovery's showrunner in October 2016, after Bryan Fuller stepped down from this function.
