Oct 30, 2012 · On 11 September 1964, George Harrison bought a shelf company, Mornyork Ltd, which was renamed Harrisongs Ltd on this day. At the time Harrison and Starr were both under contract to Northern Songs as a songwriter, and it wasn’t until the contract expired in March 1968 that Harrisongs became active.
