10/10. As close to perfect as a comedy can get! David-240 9 February 2002. What an absolute delight this film is! Horton, Baby Peggy and the 19 year old Clara Bow are all wonderful. It's a gentle comedy about a confirmed bachelor left in charge of his two rather wild little nieces, one of whom is Baby Peggy.
