Henry I of Jawor (Polish: Henryk I. Jaworski; German: Heinrich I. von Jauer; c. 1292/96 – 15 May 1346), was a duke of Jawor-Lwówek-Świdnica-Ziębice during 1301–1312 (with his brothers as co-rulers), sole Duke of Jawor-Lwówek since 1312 and Duke of Głogów since 1337 until his death.

The purpose of this article is to characterise knights of foreign origin who served the Silesian Piast, Henry of Jawor. Henry was a grandson of Duke Bolesław II the Horned of Legnica and the son of Bolko I the Strict -a progenitor of the ducal line of Świdnica and Jawor.

In 1324 the first hospital was founded. [4] The first known image of the coat of arms of Jawor, preserved on the city seal comes from 1300.
