Description. This CD consists of two Hoagy Carmichael albums from the late 1950s making their CD debut, 'Hoagy Carmichael's Havin' a Party' and 'Ole Buttermilk Sky'. While composer Hoagy Carmichael holds the record for the most recorded love song of all time, "Stardust", he also made numerous recordings himself of which some achieved hit status.

But don't get me wrong, this was actually one of the few songs that I liked on "Havin' A Party". I also enjoyed hearing an older Hoagy Carmichael sing a couple of his earlier hits, "Lazybones" and "Two Sleepy People".
