Horrible Bosses is a great comedy that doesn't waste it's really good central premise thanks to a really strong central trio and a truly twisted sense of humour that hits way more than it misses. Admittedly, it's a hard premise to reconcile, but that's what separates a great dark comedy from an average comedy with a dark premise: the ability to pump actual depth into twisted subject matter while still managing to be humorous.
