For every day you do a drill, you get two days worth of pay. So, if you do a two-day drill, you get paid for four days. Add to that any bonus payments (some bonuses pay you a percentage of the overall amount over a few years as well as monthly bonuses added to regular pay). As for that amount, it seems about right as someone who has a bonus.
