Better way to play hand? Discussion. I’m hoping the cribbage galaxy brained among you will lend some of your genius. I played a hand and was punished pretty badly at a terrible spot in the game. Back to back fives from pone had me thinking maybe they had 1 or 2 more in hand. This bluff crushed me though.
You’ve essentially started five hands. For each of the next four cards, turn face-up and place it on the pile you think it goes best with, and then the fifth card goes face-down in the crib pile. Once a card is placed it can’t be moved. Repeat until you have four, 4-card hands face-up, and one 4-card hand (crib) face-down.
