I’ve spent a lot of time in all of the towns having lived in southern Oregon for almost ten years now. Ashland is where you take people that visit. Medford is where you go shopping. Grants Pass is my favorite town. It’s smallish but has everything you need, a nice walkable downtown, and pretty good restaurants.
