    Season 2 of American drama-comedy series Jane the Virgin aired from October 12, 2015 to May 16, 2016 on The CW.

    Following the startling cliffhanger to Season 1, Jane and Rafael must now deal with the kidnapping of their son and the repercussions it has in their lives. Additionally, both have to adjust to their new roles as parents.

    Meanwhile, Rogelio and Xiomara get to explore the new status of their relationship, while Alba will focus on moving forward from the status quo of her 'illegal' status. And Jane, courted by both Rafael and Michael, will have to decide where her heart truly lies.
