James Andrew Leonhard (born October 27, 1982) is an American football coach and former player who is currently a defensive backs coach and pass game coordinator for the Denver Broncos. Leonhard played college football at Wisconsin and professionally as safety for ten seasons in the National Football League (NFL).

The former Badgers defensive coordinator and interim coach announced his departure on social media after seven games in charge. Leonhard said he was grateful for the opportunity and wished the team well for the future.
