About the author. Joseph Sheridan is an author with a background as a Cobra Helicopter Gunship Pilot during the Vietnam War. With over 350 combat missions, he earned numerous medals for his bravery and valor, including two Bronze Stars with "V" device and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.
